£162,000 For Blind Children UK
The event raised over £162,000 in donations for the Blind Children UK charity. An organisation dedicated to helping children and young people who have visual impairments.
“This year we wanted to hold an event to help those with eyesight issues. Following an experience I personally had last year when I was faced with the horrifying prospect of losing part of my sight. As an adult it was horrifying – but for a young child and their family it can be devastating.” said Andrew Reynolds
The three day event included presentations for a number of self made millionaires and multi-millionaires. They shared with the Bootcamp attendees, ideas and methods for creating multiple streams of income starting from scratch, at home.
Bestselling author Andrew Reynolds said. “In my book, Copy This Idea, I share with the reader exactly how I started my own little home based business in my spare room at home. How I gave up my full time job. Also how I went on to bank over £50Million from a standing start”. On stage at the Bootcamp Andrew shared more of his experiences. He then invited other speakers on stage to share completely different ways to make money from home.
Bootcamp attendees were able to then get some great ideas of their own businesses. They could copy some of the ideas presented. Anything from Forex Trading to public speaking, to online marketing, to making money using ‘deal of the day’ type sites like Groupon.
“It was great to work with Blind Children Uk. We hope to be able to work with them again in the future through other events, to raise more money to help.” Plans are already underway for the next Bootcamp – details to be announced.
